Its World environment day!

 OUR ENVIRONMENT

Every organism that lives on earth relies on the mother nature for its existence. Mother nature on the other hand is being harmed continuously by human activities like, burning plastic wastes,  releasing harmful greenhouse gases from factories, waste disposals into water sources, deforestation etc. Everyday more than 100000 trees are being removed around the world for various construction works and other reasons. It's already late for us to act upon this existential threat!!

 WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2019

On this environment day the theme is "beat air pollution". According to CSI, in India, 8/10000 immature deaths are because of air pollution. Air pollution paves way for deadly respiratory diseases like bronchitis. There have been reports of children without asthma suffering from breathing problems during outdoor hours. India's megacities like mumbai and Bangalore are ranked in the first five air pollution hubs worldwide. The release of greenhouse gases in India has increased by 22%in the last few decades and is expected to increase exponentially in future, if nothing is done against this.

 WHAT CAN WE DO?

We have a lot of people who are spreading awareness to 1000s of people, we have a lot of people who putting whatsapp statuses and Instagram Stories about this day,  but what we actually need is, people who are willing to do something about this topic of concern. Plant a tree today,  water it daily, watch it growing from a small, tender plantlet to a big, strong tree , which can give shade to many people, which could become a place for you and your people to take rest, which can become home to many chattering birds and other cute rodents. And then enjoy the happiness to see a lot of beings getting happy because of you.

Let's make this day memorable by leaving the habit of reading blogs for the sake of reading. And by reflecting on what you have read!

World environment day wishes to all... 🌿

Are superstitions real? LeTS LiNK ReALiTY WiTh sUpeRsTiTioNS...

JOURNEY from REALITY to SUPERSTITION!  Earlier pseudo-realities didn't really need to be very strong to become a SUPERSTITION . Unlike today , world was filled with aristocrats , who were believed to be the ones who had all the knowledge of the world within them . Common people around the world believed their respected chiefs blindly and were happy by this as the chiefs were more intelligent than his disciples (thats why he became the chief! 👑) , and told them to do things that were good for them . When the reasons for doing these things were too tough to be understood , chief had to make stories or some pseudo-scientifical statements for his disciples to understand the importance of doing it , which when believed by a whole community or an even bigger group is called a MYTH . All myths weren't made for the people's good ( Later the chiefs became greedy and selfish enough to fool peoples for his needs ) . Superstitions come along with myths , as I have told in the...

Happy Independence day ~ WHAT HAS CHANGED IN INDIA, SINCE THE INDEPENDENCE?

WHAT HAS CHANGED IN INDIA,  SINCE THE INDEPENDENCE?  The journey of India from 1947 to 2019 is quiet an adventurous one, with lots of ups and downs. If we look sideways, its a bit broad too. When we look at the graph of India's growth, it may seem 2 dimensional, But actually it has breadth along with the length and height. Not all cultures, castes, religions, economic groups and so on, have faced their ups and downs equally. India has a broad classification of citizens. Rich, Poor, Believers, Atheists, Strong, Weak, Literate, Illiterate, Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists and hundreds and hundreds of more divisions lie across the holy grounds of India. So its impossible to analyse this never-ending, three-dimensional graph of India's growth. Then what were all those articles about India's growth and changes telling us? All those are just the incomplete surveys from people who themselves aren't sure about the changes they have experienced. India's g...
