Meghna had previously teased that fans can expect to see a completely new Deepika in the film. “You won’t be seeing Deepika, you know. You will be seeing a disfigured Deepika,” the filmmaker said at a Chennai event. “There is an uncanny similarity between the survivor and Deepika.”

Laxmi has expressed her approval of Deepika being cast in the role. Speaking with Hindustan Times, she had said, “I am so happy that Deepika is playing the role. I have no right to judge her. How can I judge someone for something which I can’t do. She has played wonderful characters on screen and I believe she will give her best.”According to the information source's , we'll find Vikranth Massey also as some major charater of the film . The actress had recently shared a behind-the-scenes image from a table read session from the film , which also showed her co-actor , Vikrant Massey , in a bearded look . “All things are ready , if our mind be so ,” Deepika quoted William Shakespeare in the caption The chappaak movie is gonna stress upon the life of an acid attack survivor in a world where looks alone are considered the main criteria to to behave well to a person (ugly faces are seen as the indicator of a dark heart , how ridiculous!) . And how she becomes a world famous campaigner .  Calling Chhapaak an ‘important film’, the actor had said at the recent Zee Cine Awards , “It’s so ironic that on the day of Holi , I am off to Delhi for the shooting of Chapaak . We will start shooting it on Monday . It’s a very important film and I feel that the story which we are showcasing in our film needs to be told .”

Happy Independence day ~ WHAT HAS CHANGED IN INDIA, SINCE THE INDEPENDENCE?

WHAT HAS CHANGED IN INDIA,  SINCE THE INDEPENDENCE?  The journey of India from 1947 to 2019 is quiet an adventurous one, with lots of ups and downs. If we look sideways, its a bit broad too. When we look at the graph of India's growth, it may seem 2 dimensional, But actually it has breadth along with the length and height. Not all cultures, castes, religions, economic groups and so on, have faced their ups and downs equally. India has a broad classification of citizens. Rich, Poor, Believers, Atheists, Strong, Weak, Literate, Illiterate, Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists and hundreds and hundreds of more divisions lie across the holy grounds of India. So its impossible to analyse this never-ending, three-dimensional graph of India's growth. Then what were all those articles about India's growth and changes telling us? All those are just the incomplete surveys from people who themselves aren't sure about the changes they have experienced. India's g...

OUR ENVIRONMENT  Every organism that lives on earth relies on the mother nature for its existence. Mother nature on the other hand is being harmed continuously by human activities like, burning plastic wastes,  releasing harmful greenhouse gases from factories, waste disposals into water sources, deforestation etc. Everyday more than 100000 trees are being removed around the world for various construction works and other reasons. It's already late for us to act upon this existential threat!!   WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2019  On this environment day the theme is "beat air pollution". According to CSI, in India, 8/10000 immature deaths are because of air pollution. Air pollution paves way for deadly respiratory diseases like bronchitis.
